button below. this will direct you to a paypal page that enables you to send
me funds securely. This deposit will be returned to your crdeit card shortly
after checkout less any deductions required for breakages or damage.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made providing notice more than 30 days prior to arrival by
email (thealcove@hotmail.co.uk) will receive a full refund.
If less than than 30 days notice is provided you will become liable for the
full amount of your booking and will only receive a refund for any nights
that we are able to re let.
