Situated on Avonmore Rd, a quiet tree lined street, opposite the former residence of the famous composer Sir Edward Elgar, the apartment is just 350 meters from the Kensington Olympia Underground and rail station. The Olympia exhibition centre is equally close by.

There are several restaurants and convenience shops selling food and provisions, as well as a very nice contemporary pub serving good pub food within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. A supermarket, Cinema and a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars can be found on the upmarket and fashionable High Street Kensington which is a couple of stops by bus or a 10 minute walk (1 km).

Holland Park, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum, the Science museum, the London Oratory, Harrods and Harvey Nichols are all short bus rides away.
Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, and Knightsbridge are all easily accessible from Olympia station taking between 10 and 20 minutes on the underground. Notting Hill with its famous Portobello Rd market, chic restaurants, cafes and nightclubs is also easily accessible by bus or underground.
